While affordable is subjective and prices vary by location, I focus on homes well below €200K—often much less. These homes won't break the bank, but they might just steal your heart.
For practical dreamers and hands-on creatives, these homes need some work, but that's the beauty of it. They're full of soul and waiting to become truly yours.
Hi, I'm Christine Vallaure! I love building things—digital things. In fact, I even wrote a book about it: theSolo.io, a guide to creating and growing your own digital products as a company of one and. I also run moonlearning.io, a platform dedicated to helping people learn UI design.
This project is a blend of two of my biggest passions. One is my slightly obsessive habit of scanning property markets wherever I go, dreaming up renovation ideas for old houses and apartments, and imagining how stunning they could be—I have a soft spot for architecture. But with today's steep prices, those dreams often hit a wall.
My other passion? Exploring new technologies and figuring out how to build things with them. Right now, I'm deep into self-teaching AI, specifically search and image recognition. So what better way to merge the two than by using AI to find the best affordable properties with potential across Europe—for dreamers like us?
